Use this tool to request a massage appointment.
All bookings are pending confirmation based on therapist availability. You will receive a confirmation email, or alternative time options if your preferred time is not available. You may also indicate your therapist preference (male or female) in the APPOINTMENT NOTES section during the booking process.

➔Instructions for Using Eligible Discounts or Coupons

-If you are booking online but paying in person at the day of your appointment, your discount will be applied on that day. Please indicate that you have a discount or coupon in the APPOINTMENT NOTES during booking.
-If you are prepaying online, make sure to enter your coupon code/discount during your online payment checkout.

🔎 Eligibility and promo conditions (such as client group, valid ID, invitation letter, etc.) will be reviewed at your appointment.

✓ Services labeled “Professional MT” are eligible for insurance receipts.
Services without the check symbol and/or labeled “non-therapeutic” are not eligible to provide insurance receipts.

Considerations:
Select Professional MT options to receive receipts for insurance. | Insurance reimbursement is at the provider’s discretion. We are not responsible for approval or delays. Clients must verify insurance coverage before booking. | Appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments due to availability, logistics, weather conditions, or any other circumstances deemed necessary by the business. | Prepaid services require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Refunds are only provided in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances.| Postpaid service cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 25% charge, added to the next booking if rescheduled. | Tips are not included and are at the client’s discretion.

No Harassment and Respectful Behavior Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of harassment, whether verbal, physical, or sexual, as well as any disrespectful behavior toward our massage professionals, students, trainees, any of our independent contractors, or associate therapists. Any behavior that undermines the dignity or professionalism of our therapists will not be tolerated. Our team members or our associates have full authority to stop the service if they perceive or receive offensive or inappropriate comments, or anything that harms their professionalism or personal integrity. In such cases, the service will be immediately terminated without a refund. Additionally, any incident of harassment or inappropriate behavior may be reported to the relevant authorities or any other parties deemed necessary by our staff. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all our clients, while ensuring the safety and well-being of our team.

Receipts for Insurance
Important Information!!

Services provided by Professional Massage Therapists who are members of an association in Quebec are eligible for insurance receipts that may be accepted by many insurance providers across the province.
However, some exceptions apply. Providers such as Telus Health, Canada Life, and Medavie Blue Cross (plans for VAC, CAF, and RCMP) are known to frequently reject claims for our services. Please take this into consideration before booking a session with one of our Professional Therapists.
Additionally, even with other insurance companies, some plans may offer partial reimbursement only, or deny claims entirely based on their individual policies and criteria. While we ensure that all our Professional Massage Therapists:
-Hold a diploma from a recognized institution,
-Are members of a recognized association in Quebec,
-And are authorized to issue receipts for insurance purposes,
We cannot guarantee that your claim will be approved by your provider, as each insurer has its own terms and conditions for reimbursement.

If Your Insurance Claim Is Denied:
If you received a service from one of our Professional Massage Therapists and your provider is not Canada Life, Telus Health, or Medavie Blue Cross (VAC, CAF, RCMP), and your claim is fully denied, please contact us at: viavewellness@gmail.com
Include:
-The original receipt issued by us.
-A copy of the claim denial from your insurance provider, including the reason for denial.
-The original physical/digital receipt issued by the therapist.
We will review your case and verify the details with your insurance provider. If applicable, we may offer a partial refund, depending on the type of service, any discounts applied, or package purchases. Refunds may be issued to your original payment method or as a gift certificate.

Important:
This policy only applies to services provided by licensed Professional Massage Therapists for therapeutic treatments.
We do not offer refunds for services performed by students or practitioners in training.
